There are several exercises which can lead you to develop your skills in telekinesis. We’ve collected 5+1 of them for you. If you practice them frequently they will help you to gain psychic abilities like telekinesis or more.
The most important is to BELIEVE. You have to believe in telekinesis, believe it is possible to move an object without touching it. If you have a skeptical mind it is sure that you will never be able to do it. So first of all you have to convince yourself that telekinesis exists and your mind only needs some training to do it. FEEL the energy. There are energy fields in and around our bodies. Try to observe your energies. Sometimes you can feel like you have less energy sometimes you are full of it. MEDITATE. Daily practice of meditation is essential when you want to reach higher levels in telekinesis. FIND CONNECTION between you and the object. First you have to observe an object: visualize it and imagine clearly how you want to move it. Try to feel the energies between you and the object. Realize that you and the object are in the same energy system. You and the object are one. Train your mind to find the connection.
START with small steps. If you feel ready to start practicing telekinesis start it with controlling a flame. Light up a candle and let the flame fill your mind. Try to change its intensity: grow it and make it dimmer. Moving it left and right is also a great practice. Although it may be tempting to move a book with the power of our minds, it will not succeed immediately. It may take years of practicing and patience.
